摘 要:研究了不同拉伸倍率对硫酸钡(BaSO4)填充聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合材料性能的影响,对比分析了不同样品的密度、拉伸性能、硬度及压缩回复性,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了试样断面。结果表明,随拉伸倍率的增加,PTFE/BaSO4复合材料的密度降低;拉伸强度提高,但断裂伸长率明显下降;硬度减小,拉伸70%时的硬度值仅为未拉伸时的2/3;压缩率有较大提高,回复率下降,但下降的程度很小,弹性回复率提高。通过SEM照片可以看出,材料内部产生了大量空隙,这是材料性能发生变化的主要原因。Effects of different draw ratios for BaSO4 filled polytetrafluorothylene(PTFE) composites are inves tigated. Density, tensile characteristics, hardness, compressibility and recovery of different samples are mearsured. Section of samples are observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM). Experimental results show that with the in- crease of draw ratios for PTFE/BaSO4 composites, the density of composites decreases. Tensile strength enhances, but the elongation at break drops obviously. And the hardness decreases. When the draw ratio is 70%, the hardness is merely 2/3 of the no drawing one. Compressibility of the composite increases while the recovery decreases, but the de- gree for the decreasing is slightly. So the resiliency enhances. The SEM microphotographs show that a lot of interspace are produced inside of the comnosite. And it is the primary reason which changes the capability of the composits.
