我国创新型企业研发经费与发明专利申请量关系研究

摘　　要：对创新型企业3年的研发经费和发明专利申请量数据进行时序分析和相关分析,并按照行业的划分,对不同行业企业数据分别进行分析。在时序分析和相关分析的基础上,对不同行业的创新型企业研发经费的发明专利产出效率进行评述、比较,并分析其中的原因。按研发经费的发明专利产出效率水平对行业进行了分类,找出行业差距。在以上定量定性分析的基础上,提出了提高研发经费的发明专利产出效率,推进创新型企业建设的相关建议。This paper summed up research history and current situation on relationship between RD and patent output.In this basis,determined the specific methods used in this article.The concept of RD Expenditure-Utility Patent Efficiency is proposed.Then,a comprehensive analysis of the data is conducted,and correlation analysis according to industry classification is made.Then the results and reasons are reviewed,compared and analyzed.On the basis of quantitative and qualitative analysis,recommendations are given with regard to promoting and building innovative companies.
