摘　　要：分析了神华"科学发展,再造神华,五年实现经济总量翻番"十八字战略目标与IT治理的关系,提出了神华IT治理的基本思想,IT战略匹配、IT价值交付、风险管理、绩效管理、资源管理五个关键领域,IT治理组织,统一规划、统一投资、统一标准、统一设计、统一建设、统一管理的流程,以及沟通反馈机制。This article analyses the relationship between the 18-word strategic objective of realization of Shenhua ＂developing scientiticly, restoring Shenhua, and total economic output doubled in five years＂and IT governance. It also put forward the basic idea of Shenhua IT gov- ernance in five key areas of IT strategic matching, IT value delivery, risk management, performance management, resource management; it also raise the procedures of IT governance, unified plan, investment, standard, design, construction and management, and the communication and feedback mechanisms.
