定洲电厂电除尘器节电控制策略的优化

摘　　要：神华河北国华定洲发电有限责任公司(以下简称定洲电厂)锅炉烟尘排放浓度为19mg/m3,远远低于国家环境保护总局标准GB13223-2003《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》中规定最高200mg/m3的要求,但电除尘耗电量较高。文章介绍了定洲电厂#2炉电除尘供电控制策略优化改造后,在保证除尘效率的前提下,所取得的实际节能效果,特别对高比电阻粉尘燃煤电厂的电除尘器节能具有十分代表性的借鉴、推广意义。Shenhua Hebei Guohua Dingzhou Power Co., Ltd. （hereinafter referred to Dingzhou Power） Boiler Dust concentration 19mg/m^3, far below the State Environmental Protection Administration Standard GB 13223-2003 ＂thermal power plant air pollution emissions standards ＂ stipulates highest 200 mg/m^3 the request, but the electricity dust removal power consumption is high.
