基于动态综合评价方法的高速公路改扩建交通分流方案评价

摘　　要：以连霍高速公路潼关—西安—宝鸡段为研究对象,依据评价原则,对高速公路施工期交通组织服务水平、经济效益等指标体系进行分析筛选,建立评价指标体系。依据高速公路研究成果中确定的服务水平指标阈限值,确定各指标的评价标准。然后,运用动态综合评价方法对高速公路施工路段交通组织进行评价,得出高速公路改扩建交通分流方案评价函数的阈限值,从而选出最合理的规划方案,保障高速公路施工期间道路通畅,车辆安全通行,保障周边路网正常有序。Based on evaluation principles, we will analysis and screen indicator systems such as service level and cost-effectiveness of traffic organization during highway construction periods, and establish an evaluation index system. Tongguan-Xi＇an-Baoji section of G30 will be researched as an example. According to the threshold limit value of service indicators which identified in the existing research results for the highways, the evaluation criteria of each indicator is ascertained. Then, the dynamic comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the traffic organization program in the expressway construction section, the threshold limits of the evaluation function of highway reconstruction traffic diversion program is acquired and the most reasonable scheme is selected. In that way, we make highway expedite, vehicles to drive safely and the surrounding roads normal and orderly.
