摘  要:用刚果红法测定了甲基锡、甲基锡/环氧大豆油和甲基锡/硬脂酸钙热稳定剂对聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC)降解性能的影响。结果表明:对PVDC降解时释放氯化氢的抑制能力为甲基锡<甲基锡/环氧大豆油<甲基锡/硬脂酸钙,PVDC的刚果红试纸变色时间分别达到23、25和30min。甲基锡/环氧大豆油、甲基锡/硬脂酸钙复合热稳定剂的组成分别为2/1和1/3时具,有最佳的协同效应。Congo red method was used to measure the effects of heat stabilizers of methyltin,methyltin/ epoxidized soybean oil and methyltin/calcium stearate on the degradability of PVDC. The results show that the inhibitory capacity of methyltin is the weakest,followed by methyltin/epoxidized soybean oil,and methyltin/calcium stearate is the strongest. The discoloration times of Congo red test strips are respectively 23min,25min and 30min. When the mass ratio of methyltin to epoxidized soybean oil is 2:1,and methyltin to calcium stearate is 1:3,the best synergistic effects can be gained.
