摘　　要：目的探讨超声对小儿肠套叠的诊断价值。方法对17例肠套叠患者进行超声检查,并与气钡灌肠术后、手术后结果对照。结果 17例患者中,超声诊断肠套叠17例,诊断符合率100%。结论超声诊断肠套叠方便快捷,诊断准确率高,并能与其他类型小儿急腹症进行鉴别诊断。Objective To investigate the value of the ultrasonic diagnosis of infhnt intussusception. Methods Uhrasonography was perfonme in 17 cases of infant intussusception and the results were compared with double air-harium contrast examination and operation. Results The ultrasonography correct diagnosis rate was 100%. Conclusion Ultrasonography is a convenient method to diagnose infant intussuseeption, with a higher aeeuraey rate, which ean he used as the differential diagnosis with other infant acute abdominal diseases.
