摘  要:阐述了SIMATIC WINCC和S7-200在工程应用中的多机通信问题,对通信方案进行了比较和研究,在不同工况下对各种通信方案进行探讨,针对S7-200 PLC网络的通信提出采用PPI通信协议,运用OPC服务器、PC Access、CP5611构成上位机网络与S7-200实现无缝连接,实现了WINCC对S7-200的数字量和模拟量的同步监控,满足监控的实时性,系统硬件结构简单,系统成本较低。The multi-machine communication problems have been presented concerned with the engineering application of SIMATIC WINCC and S7-200. Also, communication schemes have been compared and studied under various program conditions; PPI communication protocol has been proposed for the S7-200 PLC web communication; a host computer network has been constituted through OPC Server, PC Access, and CP5611 to achieve seamless connectivity which leads to the synchronization monitoring of the digital and analog, amounts for WINCC and S7-200. As a result, it improves the real-time monitoring and simplifies the system hardware structure and reduces the system cost.
