摘 要:凹凸棒石黏土经过添加分散剂并进行机械搅拌、超声和离心处理后得到提纯,采用硅烷偶联剂(Si69)对凹凸棒石进行表面有机改性;测定了改性凹凸棒石的膨胀倍,通过FT-IR、TOC和分散性试验对改性前后的凹凸棒石进行表征;将得到的改性凹凸棒石应用到橡胶补强中,并对橡胶的力学性能进行了测试,结果表明,改性后的凹凸棒石具有明显的疏水性,并且提高了橡胶的力学性能。Raw palygorsgite clay was purified by way of mechanical stirring with dispersant as well as ultrasonic and centrifuging treatment.Then organic surface modification of nano-palygorskite with silane coupling agent Si69 was studied.Swelling volume of modified palygorskite was measured and FT-IR,TOC and dispersion experiment were made in order to study the properties of palygorskite before and after modification.The modified palygorskite was applied to reinforced rubber and the mechanical properties of the rubber were tested.The results show that the modified palygorskite has high hydrophobicity,and the mechanical properties of rubber is improved.
