摘  要:在浙江食用笋生产基地实地抽样检测,对数据进行统计分析,首次提出了浙江省食用笋产地土壤主要污染物含量。结果显示,浙江省食用笋产地土壤主要污染物含量为Pb 28 mg/kg、Cd 0.11 mg/kg、Hg 0.096 mg/kg、As5.9 mg/kg、Cr36 mg/kg、Cu 14 mg/kg、Zn 80 mg/kg,pH值为5.0。该背景值为实地抽样检测,来源明确,样本分布具有代表性,分析方法和结果可靠。采用单因子污染指数法和综合污染指数法,以国家土壤环境质量背景值作评价标准,浙江省食用笋产地土壤主要污染物平均含量处于标准规定的安全水平,但综合污染指数已接近于背景值标准限量的警戒线。以森林食品产地环境通用要求进行判定,Zn和Pb超标较为严重,污染程度为Zn>Pb>Cd>Cr>As>Hg>Cu。主要污染物地区分布差异明显,Pb含量地区中位值相对标准偏差达33%,顺序为Pb>As>Cu>Cr>Cd>Hg>Zn>pH。食用笋生产中肥料的质量和施用量应引起重视。The contents of main contaminants of soils in bamboo shoots production areas in Zhejiang were studied.The results showed that the content of Pb,Cd,Hg,As,Cr,Cu and Zn in soil was 28mg/kg,0.11 mg/kg,0.096 mg/kg,5.60 mg/kg,36 mg/kg,14 mg/kg and 80 mg/kg,respectively.The soil pH was 5.0.According to the national soil quality standards,the contaminant contents of soils in bamboo shoots production areas in Zhejiang were in the safe levels by the single factor pollution index method,but the comprehensive pollution index was near the threshold value of pollution.Based on the forest food standard,the content of Zn and Pb were higher over the standard.The contaminant level in soil was in the older of ZnPbCdCrAsHgCu.The contaminant levels in different districts were obviously different.The relative standard deviation of Pb content in the areas was the highest(33%),and the others was in the order of AsCuCrCdHgZn.The quality and quantity of the fertilizer should be focused in the production of bamboo shoots in this areas.
