摘　　要：文章从玻璃、窗框等方面介绍了影响建筑外窗节能的因素,并结合既有建筑外窗改造工程对外窗改造的经济性进行了计算分析,结果表明外窗改造不仅具有良好的节能效果,而且其投资回收期很短,适合在既有建筑中推广。The article gives an introduction to factors influencing energy saving of building external windows in terms of glass and window frames,and makes a computa-tional analysis of the economical efficiency of renovation of external windows in combi-nation with existing renovation works of building external windows,whose results show that building external windows have good energy saving effects,moreover,its invest-ment payback period is very short,so it is appropriate for popularization in existing buildings.
