摘　　要：新农村建设是国家解决"三农"问题的重要途径之一,而新民居建设作为改善农民居住条件的重要措施之一,受到各级政府的高度重视。文章主要从农民的角度研究新民居建设的影响因素,建立农民参与新民居建设影响因素的logistic模型,找出农民参与新民居建设意愿的主观及客观因素,并提出相应对策建议。New rural communities construction is one of the important approaches for China to solve the problem of ＂rural areas,agriculture and peasants＂,while the construction of new folk houses as one of the important measures to improve peasants’ housing conditions receives great attention from governments at all levels.The article studies influencing factors of the construction of new folk houses from the perspective of peasants,establishes the logistic model that peasants participate in the construction of new folk houses,finds out subjective and objective factors of peasants’ wishes of participation in the construction of new folk houses,and puts forward corresponding solutions and suggestions.
