摘　　要：针对目前有载开关测试仪存在数据处理能力有限、精度不高和波形细节显示不完整等不足,设计了一种以S3C2410以及6通道A/D转换器AD7658为硬件平台的高精度有载分接开关测试仪。根据产品的性能要求,定制了Windows CE 5.0系统,并在此系统上开发了各个模块的驱动程序;采用eVc4.0开发的应用软件能够快速处理6路数据,并在LCD上显示波形及数据。实验表明,该设计具有数据处理速度快、测量精度高、功能丰富以及波形细节显示完整等特点。At present,the existing testers for on-load tap changers are offering limited data processing capability,low accuracy and incompletely displaying waveform details.To overcome these disadvantages,the high precise tester with the hardware platform based on S3C2410 and 6-channel A/D converter AD7658 has been designed.In accordance with the requirements of the product,customized Windows CE 5.0 system is used,and the drive program of each module is developed under this system.By using eVc4.0,the application software is developed;the data of 6 channels can be processed in high speed and the waveforms and data can be displayed on LCD.The experiments indicate that the design features high-speed data processing,high accuracy of measurement,rich functions,and complete waveforms display.
