仪器接口平台的通用USB接口模块设计

摘　　要：为了使程控仪器可以接入不同接口的测试系统,在仪器接口平台上设计了一种仪用USB接口模块。该设计采用SCPI解析模块,使仪器在更换了USB接口模块后仍可方便地进入以USB总线构建的自动测试系统。测试结果表明,插入USB接口模块的仪器能够在以SCPI为控制命令的USB总线系统中稳定工作。In order to make the programmable controlled instruments can be accessed from the testing system with different interface,the USB interface module has been designed on instrument interface platform.In the design,the SCPI parsing module is adopted to make the instrument can enter the automatic testing system based on USB bus easily after the USB interface module being changed.The result of tests indicates that the instrument with USB interface module inserted can operate stably in USB bus system with SCPI control commands.
