摘　　要：给出一种基于关系型数据库SQL Server的数字媒体编目系统,系统的数据字典设计以《广播电视音像资料编目规范》为依据进行了可伸缩性设计。系统在C/S架构下运行,选用VC++、PowerBuilder开发工具并调用了部分OLE控件开发而成。还详细介绍了利用Media Player OLE控件控制视频播放的具体实现方法。This paper introduces a digital media catalog system based on RDBMS SQL Server.A scalable design is adapted for the system＇s data dictionary with reference to Catalogue specifications of radio and television archives.The system is run under the C/S framework,which developed by VC＋＋,PowerBuilder as well as some OLE Control.Specific practices are introduced including how to control the video playing by using media player OLE Control.
