摘  要:针对氟利昂(F22)及氯丁二烯(CP)在精馏过程中能耗大、易自聚堵塞、杂质含量高等问题,分别采用传质效率高、处理能力大、阻力小及防有机物自聚堵塞的梯矩形立体连续传质塔板(LLC-Tray)对旧塔进行了改造。氟利昂精馏塔的生产能力提升至原来的3倍,杂质质量分数由原来的100 mg/kg降至2 mg/kg,自聚堵塞塔盘的问题得到解决。氯丁二烯产品中高沸物质量分数由1 000 mg/kg降至200 mg/kg以下,处理量可增加30%以上,全塔压降约降低5 kPa,且无自聚堵塞塔盘现象产生。This application is aimed at solving the serious problems in Freon(F22) and chloroprene(CP) distillation such as high energy consumption,easy for self-polymerization and blocking tray,more impurity in products.After LLC-trays were used in revamping old towers separately,they have more distinct advantages such as high mass transfer efficiency,high processing ability,low pressure drop and preventing from self-polymerization and blocking tray.The capacity of Freon distillation towers increases 3 times,the impurity mass fraction decreases from 100 mg/kg to 2 mg/kg,and the problem of blocking the tray caused by self-polymerization is settled completely.It shows that the mass fraction of high boiling in the chloroprene drops from 1 000 mg/kg to less than 200 mg/kg,the production the capacity increases by above 30%,the whole tower pressure drop decreases by about 5 kPa,and the phenomena of blocking the tray caused by self-polymerization are not found.
