摘　　要：在图书馆共建共享环境下,从信息资源建设、信息资源服务、内部工作管理、图书馆管理等4个方面设计了图书馆的建设模式,研究了资源共建共享给图书馆资源保障、用户服务、业务工作、管理工作等带来的变化,为新时期图书馆工作的重构提供参考。This paper has designed the library construction models from the construction of information resources,information services,internal management and library management,and has studied the information resources co-construction and sharing how to influence the library resource ensuring,user service,vocational work,management and so on,in order to offer reference for reconstruction of the library works in the new period.
