摘 要:以龙原288为材料,采用4种耕作方式,在玉米生育的关键时期,通过对3种土壤水解酶——蛋白酶、脲酶、转化酶活性的测定,研究不同耕作方式对土壤水解酶活性的影响及其与玉米生长发育间的相关关系。结果表明:土壤酶活性与玉米生长发育密切相关,与翻耕处理相比,少免耕处理能有效提高土壤水解酶活性;在促进土壤水解酶协调性方面,免耕处理表现出明显优势。Taking Longyuan 288 as materials,using four tillage measures to study the effects of different tillage measures on soil hydrolase activity and the relationship between soil hydrolase activity and growth and development of maize by soil hydrolase activity-protease activity,urease activity,invertase activity during the key period of maize growth.The results showed that:soil hydrolase activity was related with growth and development of maize,and compared with plowing treatment,minimum tillage and no-tillage treatment could improve the soil hydrolase activity;On the coordination of increasing soil hydrolase activity,no-tillage treatment showed obvious advantages.
