摘 要:多式联运经营者对所承运货物进行运输时,在满足货主对所承运货物各种运输需求的前提下,需要对各种运输方式进行合理搭配。通过综合考虑运输费用结构,即以固定运输费用、变动运输费用、中转费用和送达惩罚费用的总费用最小为目标,以运输能力等为约束,构建基于运费结构的多式联运方式选择优化模型。通过算例分析,不考虑运输费用结构可能会遗漏更优解,这表明该优化模型在问题的描述上更为完备,实际适用性更强。Inter-modal transportation operators need to reasonably make use of inter-modal transport capacity under satisfying variable transportation requirements of consignors during their freight transportation.By considering traffic cost structure,which means take the total cost composed of fixed transportation cost,variable transportation cost,transfer cost and service penalty cost as objective,and transportation capacity as constraint,the inter-modal selection optimization model based on traffic cost structure was established.Through analyzing calculation examples,the paper puts forward the traffic cost structure maybe loss some better solution,which means the optimization model is more completed on problem description and has better applicability.
