摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在主动脉夹层诊治中的应用价值。方法 23例主动脉夹层患者行MSCT平扫和增强扫描,并进行图像后处理。结果 23例均明确诊断及分型、破裂口定位,准确测量主动脉夹层覆膜支架置入术前所需数据。结论结合轴位图像和后处理技术,MSCT能提供详尽、可靠的信息,对主动脉夹层的诊断和覆膜支架置入术前评估及术后测评均有重要的应用价值。Objective To discuss the value of multi-slice spiral computed tomography（MSCT）in the preoperative evaluation of aortic dissections before endovascular graft exclusion（EVGE）.Methods Twenty-three cases of aortic dissections studied by plain and contrast-enhanced scan with MSCT,and then the images were reconstructed under different reformations.Results All cases obtained definite diagnosis and classification of aortic dissection,and orientation of crevasse.The necessary data were accurately measured in all cases before EVGE.Conclusion By integrating axial view and post-processing technique,MSCT can supply detailed and believable images,and have important values in the diagnosis and preoperative evaluation of EVGE for aortic dissection.
