摘　　要：简单介绍了IEC/TS60815-1、-2:2008相对IEC/TR60815:1986的变化,还以西安电瓷研究所自然污秽试验站和污秽实验室进行的人工和自然污秽试验结果为例说明IEC/TS60815-1中规定的污秽条件下使用的高压绝缘子的选取和尺寸确定方法。新版的IEC/TS60815系列规范对污秽条件下使用的高压绝缘子的选择和尺寸确定比旧版标准提供了更确切的方法和更多的选择。介绍了IEC/TS60815-1中规定的3种方法中的方法1(使用过去的经验)和方法2(测量和试验),结果表明,这两种方法的结果是一致的。在方法2中,详细地介绍了简化统计法的应用过程。The differences between IEC/TS 60815-1 and -2：2008 and IEC/TR 60815：1986 are briefly introduced.The methods of dimensioning and selection of high-voltage insulators used in polluted conditions specified in IEC/TS 60815-1 are also explained based on the artificial and natural pollution test results from Pollution Test Station and Pollution Laboratory in Xi＇an Electro-ceramic Research Institute.The new IEC/TS 60815 provides more exact methods and more options than that in IEC / TR 60815.The approach 1（based on past experience） and approach 2（measurement and test） in IEC/TS 60815-1 are introduced.The results show that there is no difference for the two approaches.The application process of simplified statistical method is introduced in detail to approach 2.
