摘　　要：世纪之交的世界电信全球化趋势日益明显,中国电信业务市场对外开放成为必然。本文分析了电信业务市场外资介入及经营将带来的国家经济安全、外资介入方式和国民待遇等三个问题,并提出了相应的解决措施和政策性建议。The world telecommunication globalization trend at the turn of the century is becoming more and more evident.It is inevitable that China telecommunication market opens to foreign capital investment. The paper mainly analyses three problems and puts forward some measures and political proposals.
