摘  要:介绍了一种用于工业脱硫脱销、工业静电除尘等系统中的高压直流电源研制方案。利用全桥串联谐振变换器,产生频率单一的准正弦波,可最大程度地避免由变压器漏感和充电电容构成的谐振回路的影响,以增大系统的工作电流和功率。最后提出了一种采用多模块串联叠加技术来提高电流和功率的改进方案,通过样机实验证明了分析和设计的正确性。This paper introduces a kind of manufacture way of high-voltage DC power supply such as applied in desulfurization and denitration for the industry and industry electrostatic dust-removal systems.The full-bridge series resonant converter is employed to produce a single-frequency quasi-spin wave,reduce the influences of the resonant circuit constructed by leakage inductance of the transformer and chargeing capacitors.Moreover,the characteristics of the constant-current and linear charging of the series-resonant converter based on small capacitance load are analyzed.Finally,a kind of improved programs on multi-modules series linear superposition is introduced to enhance obtain much more power and current,and the validity of the scheme is demonstrated by the experiment.
