摘  要:室温下以柠檬酸三纳为稳定剂,在水相中合成了CuS纳米粒子(NP-CuS)。用共振光散射(RLS)技术探索了不同pH值和Cu2+与S2-不同配比条件下,体系RLS强度(IRLS)的变化。结果表明,在最佳实验条件下,在0.01~100μmol/L范围内IRLS与汞离子浓度间呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.991),据此建立了测定水中微量汞的方法。方法的检测限为0.003μmol/L,样品加标测定的回收率为100.3%~103.4%。With citrate as a stabilizing agent,CuS nanoparticles were synthesized in aqueous phase.This article is to study the effects of resonance light scattering between CuS nanoparticles and mercury ions under the conditions of different pH values and the ratios of sodium sulfide and copper sulfate.Under optimum conditions,the method to determine trace mercury in water was established.The results showed that in the optimum experimental conditions,the intensity of resonance light scattering has a good linearity(r = 0.991) in the range of 0.01 ~ 100 μmol/L with a detection limit of 0.003 μmol/L.The recovery is in the range of 100.3% ~ 103.4% for Hg2+ detection in environmental water sample.
