摘 要:为加强贵州山茶属植物种质资源的保育和可持续开发利用,采用气相色谱图分析方法对贵州8种野生山茶叶片样品中茶多酚、儿茶素类、没食子酸和咖啡碱的含量进行了测定。结果表明:8种山茶叶片中茶多酚总量为2.8%-16.4%,其中,小黄花茶含量最高,达16.4%,长柱红山茶含量最低,仅2.8%;8种茶样品儿茶素类以C(儿茶素)为主,其含量为0.08%-1.60%,样品间存在明显差异;其次是EGC,其含量为0.037%-2.57%;除油茶外,在大部分山茶品种叶片中均可检测出EGCG,其含量为0.023%-0.097%;在所有山茶品种叶片中可检测出EC,其含量为0.008%-0.45%。只有皱叶瘤果茶中检出ECG,其含量为0.17%。山茶品种叶片中茶没食子酸和咖啡碱的含量分别为0.011%-0.55%和0.10%-3.57%。贵州8种野生山茶植物中小黄花茶和大厂野生茶品质优异,可以在食品饮料以及医药领域进行开发利用。The tea polyphenol,catechins,gallic acid and caffeine content in leaves of 8 wild Camellia species was determined by HPLC to provide a reference for protection and sustainable development of their germplasm resources.The results showed that the tea polyphenol content in leaves of 8 wild Camellia species was 2.8%~16.4% and the tea polyphenol content in leaves of Camellia luteoflora and C.longistyla was 16.4% and 2.8% respectively,their catechin,EGC,EGCG and EC content was 0.08%~1.60%,0.037%~2.57%,0.023%~0.097% and 0.008%~0.45% respectively,the ECG content in leaves of C.rhytidohylla was 0.17%,the gallic acid and caffeine content in leaves of 8 wild Camellia species was 0.011%~0.55% and 0.10%~3.57% separately.Wild Camellia luteoflora and C.tachangensis with good quality can be developed and utilized in beverage and pharmaceutical field.
