摘 要:本研究测定了金龟子绿僵菌Metarhizium anisopliae与高效氯氰菊酯高纯度原药复配后对东亚飞蝗Locusta migratoria manilensis (Mey.)的增效作用。含0.5%~1.5%(w/v)高效氯氰菊酯的绿僵菌复配制剂的共毒系数(CTC)都高于120,其中复配制剂(1%高氯.1×1010孢子/ml绿僵菌油悬浮剂)的共毒系数在接种后第4、5d分别为268.92和375.93。该复配制剂按1∶2、1∶3比例稀释后室内喷雾接种,第5d蝗虫累计死亡率分别达97.8%和97.3%,显著高于绿僵菌对照组的累计死亡率(52.6%);田间施药后蝗虫存活率在第6d分别下降到2.4%和4.4%,显著低于绿僵菌对照组药后第9d的存活率(37.7%)。结果表明:绿僵菌复配制剂增效作用明显,作用较快、防效高,克服了绿僵菌悬浮剂难以用于高密度蝗虫防治的缺陷。In this paper,synergistic activity of combinations of Metarhizium anisopliae and beta-cypermethrin on Locusta migratoria manilensis(Mey.) was evaluated by calculating co-toxicity coefficient(CTC).The CTC indices were over 120 for the combinations containing 0.5%-1.5%(w/v) beta-cypermethrin.The CTC for the optimized formulation,i.e.1.0% beta-cypermethrin plus 1×1010 conidia/ml M.anisopliae,reached 268.92 and 375.93,respectively,after 4 and 5 days' treatment.When locusts were treated at room conditions with the optimized formulation diluted at the rate of 1∶2 and 1∶3,accumulative mortality after 5 days reached 97.8% and 97.3%,respectively,significantly higher than that treated with 1×1010 conidia/ml M.anisopliae.In the field,only 2.4% and 4.4% of locusts survived 6 days after spray with the optimized combination diluted at 1∶2 and 1∶3,respectively,which were significantly lower than that treated with M.anisopliae alone on the 9th d.The results show that combinations of M.anisopliae and beta-cypermethrin have an obviously synergistic effect on L.migratoria manilensis.
