摘  要:本文于室内研究了不同温湿度条件下,绿僵菌Metarhizium anisopliae对东亚飞蝗Locusta migratoria manilensis致病力的影响。结果表明:在30℃、3种不同相对湿度(RH30%、60%和90%)条件下,3龄、4龄和5龄蝗蝻均在RH90%时,死亡率最高,LT50最短;其次为RH60%和RH30%。在不同温度条件下,30℃时绿僵菌对5龄蝗蝻的致死率最高,LT50最短(3.366d);其次为33℃和27℃;36℃条件下,蝗蝻的死亡率最低,LT50最长(6.424d)。The virulence of Metarhizium anisopliae against Locusta migratoria manilensis at different temperatures and relative humidities was evaluated indoors. Results showed that, when three regimes of relative humidities of 90%, 60% and 30% were combined with temperature 30℃, mortalities of the 3fa, 4th or 5th instar nymphs were all the highest and LT50 value was the shortest at RH 90 % . Under different temperatures (27, 30, 33, 36℃ ), mortality of the 5th instar nymphs was the highest and LT50 value was the shortest (3.366 d) when the locusts were exposed to 30℃, and mortality of the 5'h instar nymphs was the lowest and LT50 value was the longest (6.424 d) when the locusts were treated at 36℃.
