中西结合治疗支气管哮喘合并变应性鼻炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘合并变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法:选择2008年7月～2010年5月门诊或住院治疗的具有变应性鼻炎的支气管哮喘患者136例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各68例。对照组予以布地奈德+孟鲁司特+酮替芬治疗;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予内服自拟中药方(黄芪、白术、防风、山药、山茱萸、熟地、补骨脂、五味子、仙灵脾)。结果:治疗后观察组在支气管哮喘症状评分、变应性鼻炎症状评分及感冒症状与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗后观察组气道反应性变化与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合可以提高支气管哮喘合并变应性鼻炎的临床疗效,有效控制临床症状。BronchodilatorObjective： To discuss therapeutic efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in treatment of bronchial asthma combined allergic rhinitis.Methods： 136 outpatient or hospitalized patients with bronchial asthma combined allergic rhinitis were divided into observation group（68 cases） and control group（68 cases） from July 2008 to May 2010.In control group,the patients were treated by Budesonide＋Montelukast＋Ketotifen;in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine（Radix Astragalus,Atractylodes Rhizoma,Saposh-nikovia Divaricata,Yams,Macrocarpium Officinale,Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Psoralea Corylifolia Linn,Schisandra Fructus,Herba Epimedi）.Results： Compared with control group after curing,observation group had obvious discrepancy in bronchial asthma scores,allergic rhinitis scores,cold symptoms（P〈0.01）;it had statistical significance in observation group on change of airway responsiveness（P 0.01）.Conclusion： Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine can improve the clinical efficacy in treatment of bronchial asthma combined allergic rhinitis,and can control the clinical symptom.
