摘　　要：为了培养医疗器械行业创新性人才,上海理工大学医疗器械工程实验中心在面向创新教育的实验教学改革中,在实验教学体系、内容、方法手段、管理机制、队伍建设等方面大胆实践,构建了一体化、多层次、模块化、综合性创新实验教学体系,并取得良好的成效。Aiming at training innovation-oriented talents,the medical instrument laboratory center of university of Shang-hai for science and technology（USST） considered the requirements of innovational education in the reform of experimental teaching.They practised aggressively in the experimental teaching system,content,method,regulation and team develop-ment of teachers,and built an innovative experimental teaching system eventually.The system is integrative,multilevel and modular type,which works very well in practice.
