摘  要:目的:分析近年来我院药学服务出现的差错及纠纷,制订相应的整改措施。方法:综合近年来我院门诊药房药学服务中出现的差错及纠纷实例,分析出现差错及纠纷的原因。结果:药学服务差错及纠纷发生的形式多种多样,主要由药学服务人员业务不精和药房管理制度不完善引起。结论:医院药学服务需建立完善的管理制度,提高药学服务人员的综合素质。Objective: To analyze the errors and disputes arise of pharmaceutical care in our hospital in recent years,and to develop appropriate corrective measures.Methods: In recent years,hospital outpatients pharmacy comprehensive phar-maceutical care disputes arising from errors and instances of errors were collected,and the reasons for disputes were ana-lyzed.Results: The pharmaceutical care errors and dispute various forms,mainly grouped into pharmaceutical service business was not precise,and pharmacy management system was imperfect cause.Conclusion: Hospital pharmacy services need to establish a sound management system,improve the comprehensive pharmacy service quality.
