从重视“科技兴站”谈推动输血事业发展的策略

摘　　要：随着国家血液安全管理法规的建立及各地方法规的健全,血站的规范化建设在稳步快速发展。临床输血新技术的引进和提高,需要输血科研的探索和推动,我们在稳固采供血业务的同时,提出了"科技兴站"战略,购置设备、引进人才、建立机制,调动科研人员积极性,紧紧围绕"输血安全性、有效性"做研究,引进新技术,开发新课题,推动了临床各类成分输血的发展速度,协助临床医师开展输血治疗新业务,为临床疑难性疾病开辟了新的治疗途径,挽救了无数患者的生命。The national blood safety regulations and local laws have been established,the standardization of blood centers have been developed in the steady and rapid.The recommending and improving of the new transfusion technologies need the exploring and promoting of the transfusion scientific research.Our working of collecting and supplying are solid,at the same time,we propose the ″science and technology points＂.The purchasing of equipment,the introduction of talent,estab-lishing a mechanism to mobilize the enthusiasm of scientists.We do the research tightly around the ＂blood transfusion safety and effectiveness＂.We introduce the new technologies,develop the new issues,so promote the clinical development of transfusing the various blood components.We start the new business of transfusion to help clinicians,open up the new treatment means to the clinical difficult disease,and save the lives of countless patients.
