摘　　要：目的:分析我院外科抗菌药物应用的现状,促进临床合理用药。方法:抽取我院外科2008年1～12月的住院病历960份,进行分析。结果:通过分析发现存在不合理应用抗菌药物现象。结论:医院应加强对抗菌药物的管理,提高抗菌药物的合理使用。Objective： To promote the rational application of the antibiotic by analyzing the present situation of the an-tibacterial drugs on our surgical operation.Methods： At total of 960 in-patient medical records in surgical department of our hospital in 2008 were investigated.The statistic analysis was conducted.Results： The antibiotic application was not completely rational in the medical records in the surgical department of our hospital.Conclusion： It is necessary to strengthen the control and the application of the antibiotic to hospital to promote the rational application of the antibiotic.
