摘 要:在对绞车滚筒排绳运动分析的基础上,指出了现有排绳方案在滚筒外层和边沿排不齐的原因,提出了对排绳器进行位置跟随控制的排绳方案,并据此设计了一种自动排绳系统。实践证明,该系统自动跟踪、补偿,钢丝绳排列整齐,性能稳定,安全可靠,为绞车的安全作业提供了良好的保证。After the motion analysis of aligned ropes of winch,the causes resulting in current disorder of ropes on outer and edges of drum were indicated.In addition,the rope aligning scheme was proposed,in which the location of rope aligner was realtime controlled,and a kind of automatic rope aligning system was designed.Practices show that the system automatically follows the aligned ropes and compensates so as to achieve orderly ropes.The system operates safely with stable operation performance,and provide guarantee for the safe operation of the winch.
