给料机的破碎装置设计及其力学性能分析

摘　　要：为了解决皖北煤电集团任楼煤矿选煤厂给料机使用中的堵料问题,决定对给料机进行技术改造,将原给料机改造成为能够实现自动破碎堵料功能的破碎装置。详细介绍了该给料机破碎装置的设计,并对其力学性能进行了分析。In order to solve the material plugging during the operation of the feeder in Renlou Coal Preparation Plant of Wanbei Coal-electricity Group,the feeder was technically transformed,the original feeder was transformed to the crushing unit which could automatically crush the plugging material.The design of the crushing unit of the feeder was elaborated and its mechanical properties were analyzed.
