摘 要:利用Hamilton原理,建立了质心偏移式等质量矩双轴自同步振动筛同步相位差角的计算公式,提出了影响同步相位差角的因素有激振轴质量矩、激振角频率、两激振轴的中心距、质心水平偏置距离、垂直偏置距离、参振总质量、弹簧刚度以及弹簧阻尼等,定量计算分析了各因素产生影响的大小,找出了影响相位差角的关键因素为质心水平偏置距离和垂直偏置距离。By utilizing the Hamilton principle,the paper established a formula of calculating the synchronism phase difference angle of mass center deviated bi-axle self-synchronization vibration screen with the same mass moment,and indicated that the factors affecting synchronism phase difference angle were mass moment of exciting shaft,exciting angular frequency,center distance of two exciting shafts,horizontal and vertical deviated distance of mass center,total vibrating mass,stiffness and damping coefficient of spring etc.In addition,it quantitatively analyzed and calculated the influence degree of each factor,and found the key factors affecting the phase difference angle were horizontal and vertical deviated distance of mass center.
