摘　　要：目的研究细柱五加Acanthopanax gracilistylus茎的化学成分。方法应用色谱方法分离纯化,通过波谱技术结合理化性质的方法鉴定化合物结构。结果 从正丁醇部位分离并鉴定了1个新的贝壳杉烷型二萜苷,命名为贝壳杉烷酸苷A(16α,17-dihydroxy-en-tkauran-19-oic 19-[β--Dglucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]ester)(1)。结论化合物1为新化合物。Objective To study the chemical constituents from the stems of Acanthopanax gracilistylus.Methods The chemical constituents of the plant were isolated and purified by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data.ResultsA new ent-kaurane glycoside,named kaurane acid glycoside A（16α,17-dihydroxy-ent-kauran-19-oic 19-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-（1→2）-β-D-glucopyranosyl] ester）（1）,was isolated from the n-butanol part.Conclusion Compound 1 is a new one.
