摘 要:目的研究龙胆泻肝丸的物质组释放动力学特征。方法按《中国药典》桨法100 r/min测定龙胆泻肝丸的释放度,运用紫外吸收光谱法结合Kalman滤波法对龙胆泻肝丸物质组进行定量,并绘制释放曲线,获得龙胆泻肝丸的物质组释放动力学特征和多维释放特征。结果 龙胆泻肝丸的缓释特征明显,动力学特征符合Weibull和Higuchi释放模型。结论龙胆泻肝丸的释放机制可能属于骨架溶蚀型,提示传统丸剂具有明显的缓释特征。Objective To study materiomic release kinetics of Longdan Xiegan Pill.Methods The materiomics release kinetics,the release profiles,and the multidimensional release characteristic of Longdan Xiegan Pill were determined by the paddle method with a rotate speed at 100 r/min in Chinese Pharmacopia,and the materiome was quantified by UV-vis combined Kalman filter method.Results Longdan Xiegan Pill behaved typical sustained release profile which was consistent with Weibull and Higuchi release models.Conclusion The sustained release profile of Longdan Xiegan Pill is depicted quantitatively by materiomic release dynamics in this paper,which demonstrates the obvious sustained release characteristic of the traditional pills.
