摘　　要：高校学生社团是大学生开展第二课堂活动的主要阵地,是丰富广大学生校园文化生活的重要载体。大学生在校期间积极参加社团活动,对培养大学生就业能力和创业能力有着重要作用。学生参与社团活动对大学毕业生就业有着积极的作用。高校应积极推进社团建设,组建职业类社团,广泛开展社团社会实践活动,帮助学生更好地锻炼和提升自己,以便更好地就业。The College Student Association has an important position in the second classroom activities, and it is an important carrier to enrich the cultural life of the students on campus. College students taking part in the activities of Student Associations plays an important role in training capabilities and entrepreneurial spirit. Tak- ing part in association activities are helpful to find a job, so the building of College Student Associations should be promoted and more occupational associations should be organized. Social practice activities of Student Associations can help students to train and improve themselves for better employment.
