摘  要:目的初步探讨组织工程化真皮在兔皮肤损伤修复中的作用。方法利用组织工程化真皮移植法进行兔皮肤损伤修复,观察修复过程,比较其修复效果,并进行组织学观察和BrdU免疫组化染色观察。结果实验组修复效果优于空白组,实验组愈合时间为(18.2±3.8)d,空白组为(28±2.3)d。结论猪脱细胞真皮基质材料具有良好的生物相容性和功能性,具有优良的体表创伤修复潜力;构建组织工程化真皮亦是一种有潜力的人体体表创伤修复方法。Objective Preliminary research the tissue engineered skin material in the process of rabbit skin wound rehabilitation.Methods The porcine acellular dermal matrix(pADM) based tissue engineering materials which were prepared with rabbit fibroblast were employed to the healing of skin wound.The processes were observed and compared with the control where pADM were applied,and the histological method and BrdU immunohistochemical staining were wtilized.Results The healing time of experimental group,which was(18.2±3.8)d,was shorter than the control group,which was(28±2.3)d.And the appearance of the former group was better than the latter as well.Conclusion The tissue-engineering skin material prepared with pADM which has excellent tissue biocompatibility and function is potential applied in human wound healing.
