短程化疗治疗浅表淋巴结结核的临床研究

摘　　要：目的为提高表浅淋巴结结核的治疗效果,以达到根治该疾病、减轻患者负担和避免该病复发之目的。方法选择明确诊断的颈部等部位的浅表淋巴结结核住院和门诊患者102例,随机分为治疗组50例和对照组52例。治疗组在全身6HRE化疗的基础上局部注射链霉素,对照组应用3HREZ/6HRE方案。结果治疗组治愈率为96%,复发率2%;对照组治愈率为48%,复发率7.4%;无效者在化疗方案不变的基础上给予局部注射链霉素继续治疗至痊愈。结论采用全身化疗与局部注射相结合的短程方案对浅表淋巴结结核的疗效令人满意,可以达到根治疾病、减轻患者痛苦、提高治疗顺应性、降低复发率和减少费用的目的,是理想的治疗方法,值得推广使用。Objective It is very necessary to treat lymphonode tuberculosis effectively for the purpose of curing this disease,cutting down the cost and avoiding its relapse.Methods102 cases with superficial lymphonode tuberculosis were assigned into two groups,including test and control group randomly.In the test group,50 cases were treated with a 6-month chemotherapy program including isoniazid（H）,rifampen（R） and ethambutol（E）.Meanwile,streptomycin was injected into the lymphonode every two or three days.In the control group,52 cases were treated with 3HREZ/6HRE chemotherapy program.ResultsIt was found that the cure rate was 96% and the relapse rate was 2% in the test group.The cure rate in the control group was 48%,the relapse rate was 7.4%.All the relapse cases were treated with the same therapy program as that in the test group.Conclusion General chemotherapy with located injection of streptomycin may be the best therapy program for cure superficial lymphonode tuberculosis until now.
