窄谱中波紫外线联合低剂量沙利度胺治疗结节性痒疹

摘　　要：目的探索窄谱中波紫外线光疗联合低剂量沙利度胺治疗结节性痒疹的临床疗效。方法按随机对照原则将入选患者分2组,治疗组给予口服沙利度胺100～200mg/d,分2～3次给药,外用卤米松软膏,同时加用窄谱中波紫外线照射,隔天1次。对照组口服西替利嗪10mg/d,外用卤米松软膏。结果治疗组总有效率88.5%,对照组总有效率34.6%,P<0.001,差异有统计学意义。结论窄谱中波紫外线光疗联合低剂量沙利度胺治疗结节性痒疹临床疗效好,不良反应小。Objective To investigate the efficacy of narrow-band ultraviolet B（NB-UVB）phototherapy combined with low dose thalidomide to prurigo nodularis.Methods The treatment group received oral thalidomide 100～200mg/d,with topical ointment Halometasone,added in the treatment of NB-UVB,qod.The control group was treated with cetirizine 10mg/d,with topical ointment Halometasone.Results The effective rate of treatment group was 88.5%.The efective rate of control group was 34.6%,P0.001.There were significant differences.Conclusion NB-UVB phototherapy combined with low dose thalidomide in the treatment of prurigo nodularis proved clinical curative effect well,with less side effects.
