摘　　要：着重对电力系统中用来滤除高次谐波的全极点低通滤波器的元件参数在国家标准允许的容差内变化时对滤波器性能带来的误差进行了分析研究，以便用控制元件精度的方法来满足电力控制中对这类滤波器的指标要求，并且在这一分析的基础上开发了一套简易的ＣＡＤ软件，利用它可对滤波器所需元件参数的精度提出具体要求，从而弥补了现有滤波器设计ＣＡＤ软件中对元件误差未予考虑的不足．An all pole low pass filter for filtering the high order harmomics generated by power supply control devices is introduced briefly. Then the effect of the precision of the filter components, which is under the control of the national standard, on the specifications of the filter is discussed in order to properly select the filter components to meet a specified technical requirement. Based on the discussion, a simple CAD software is developed to perform the proper selection so that the short coming of error analysis in the filter design CAD available is remedied.
