摘　　要：目的考察我院药物不良反应(ADR)的发生情况,以促进临床安全合理用药。方法回顾性调查2006-2009年收集的439例ADR报告,从患者的年龄、性别、药品种类、给药途径等方面进行统计分析。结果 439例ADR中,男女比例相近,>60岁患者201例(45.78%),静脉注射用药312例(71.07%),口服给药76例(17.31%),抗肿瘤药物ADR居首位,ADR临床表现主要在皮肤及其附件179例(40.77%)。结论应加强医院ADR监测工作,合理、规范使用抗肿瘤药,避免或减少严重ADR的发生。Objective To investigate the situation of adverse drug reaction （ ADR） occurred in our hospital,so as to promote the clinical rational drug use. Methods Made a retrospective study on a total of 439 ADR case reports collected from our hospital from 2006 to 2009. Made statistical analysis from respects of patients＇ age,sex,drug categories,routes of administration,and so on. Results In 439 ADR cases,the ratio of male was similar to female,201 cases（ 45. 78% ） were over 60 years old,312 cases were intravenous injection drugs,76 cases （ 17. 31% ） were oral drugs,and ADR of antineoplastic drug was at the first place. There were 179 cases（ 40. 77% ） whose clinical manifestation of ADR was mainly on skin and its attachment. Conclusion We should strengthen ADR monitoring in our hospital,make rational and regular use of antineoplastic drug,so as to avoid or reduce the occurrence of ADR.
