摘　　要：文章概括了现代高层办公建筑主要有以下几大特点:高度智能化;生态技术应用;功能复合化;企业精神与办公文化;技术美学的扩张。并以深圳盐田国际行政办公大楼为例,指出现代高层办公建筑设计的出发点就是一切以人为本,在创造舒适、高效的办公条件的同时,传达企业的文化精神,促进企业、社会与自然的可持续发展。Article profiles the modern high-rise office building：highly intelligent;the application of ecological technologies;combination of function;entrepreneurial spirit and Office culture;the expansion of the technological aesthetics.With the case of Shenzhen Yantian International Executive Office building,the paper indicated the design of the modern high-rise office building should be based on human and brings the comfortable and efficient working conditions at the same time,to convey the spirit of enterprise culture,bring the sustainable development of enterprise,society and nature.
