摘　　要：目的通过分析7年来参加全国凝血试验室间质评结果,总结出室间质量控制失控的原因和在控的经验,不断地提高检验质量的准确度和精密度。方法按照卫生部临床检验中心要求,对卫生部组织的血凝质控样本进行检测,并对其结果作统计分析。结果本科参加全国凝血试验室间质评工作7年来,参控项目无论单项还是总体检测的准确性都有明显提高,并呈稳定趋势,2007-2009年连续3年取得了各项目均为满分的好成绩。结论非正常值室间质评血浆测定的变异系数(CV)值高,及格率低。为保证检验结果的准确性,实验室至少也应采用高、低值两种室内质控血浆做好室内质控,定期校正仪器,优选试剂,严格把握好实验室全面质量管理的各个环节,不断地完善实验室的质量管理工作。Objective To constantly improve accuracy and precision of coagulation test through analyze results of the national external quality assessment of coagulation test in seven years,and find out the causes between out of control and in control.Methods According to the Clinical Laboratory Center of the Ministry of Health,quality control specimens were detected and the results for statistical analysis.Results Our department had participated in the course work of the national external quality assessment of coagulation tests for seven years,and whether individual or general control test has significantly increased with a stable trend.We had obtained the perfect results every year in 2007-2009.Conclusion Determination CV value of abnormal coagulation control plasma was high,and passing an examination rate is low.In order to ensure the accuracy of test results,laboratory should at least determinate high and low value two kinds of quality control of plasma to quality control,regular calibration instruments,preferred reagents,laboratory strict grasp in all aspects of total quality management and continuously improve the quality of laboratory management.
