摘　　要："技术与社会关系问题"是技术社会需要关注和反思的现实问题。搞清楚这个问题对于处理和解决技术与社会和谐发展具有重要的意义。关于"技术与社会关系问题",在哲学领域一直存在着"社会的技术决定论"和"技术的社会建构论"的对立和争论。文章对这二种理论分别进行了哲学的解读,并分析和论述了二者之间的异同点和相互联系。The relation between technology and society is a practical issue,which should be concerned and re-thought in the technological society.Understanding the relation has important meanings to dispose and resolve issues for the harmonious development of technology and society.About the issue,there is opposing and controversy between the technology determining society and society determining technology at all times.This paper interprets the two theories from the view of philosophy and analyzes the similarities and differences and relations of the two theories.
