摘　　要：基于通过互联网寻找合作伙伴可能产生众多潜在合作伙伴的假设,建立了虚拟组织合作伙伴选择的定性评价指标的云模型表示,有效表达了定性指标的随机性与模糊性;基于互联网收集潜在合作伙伴的评价,给出了基于云模型的虚拟组织合作伙伴选择方法,该方法考虑了第三方的评价,提高了选择结果的客观性和公正性。示例结果验证了该方法的合理性与可行性。Selecting appropriate partners world widely is critical for enhancing the core competitiveness of a virtual organization.Under the assumption that large number of potential partners exist through the Internet,a cloud model is proposed for the partner selection problem such that the randomness and fuzziness of qualitative evaluation factors can be well described.Based on this model,a new method is proposed to solve partner selection problem.By using the proposed method,with evaluation done by a third-party taken into account,the objectivity and impartiality of partner selection are improved.An example is used to illustrate the rationality and feasibility of the proposed method.
