摘　　要：以河南周口隆达发电有限公司425 t/h锅炉爆漏事件为例进行爆漏原因分析,从管理的角度出发,提出了针对性的预防措施。指出防止"四管"爆漏必须从源头做起,通过对设计、制造、安装、运行、检修等全过程的监督监察和管理,有效降低锅炉"四管"爆漏的几率,减少非计划停运次数和经济损失,以保证机组安全、经济运行。Taking the crack and leakage accident of a 425t/h boiler in Henan Zhoukou Longda Power Generation Company Limited as an example,the reasons of crack and leakage were analyzed.From the view of management,some pertinent preventive measures were put forward.It was pointed out that the prevention of crack and leakage of the 'four-tubes' must be started from fountainhead,by supervision and management of the whole process,which includes design,manufacture,installation,operation and overhaul,to reduce the probability of the 'four-tubes' crack and leakage,lessen the unplanned outage and the economical losses,and ensure the unit safe and economical operation.
