摘  要:正常工作情况下的CO_2激光电源,其输出电压均小于40kV,所用元器件及材料也均能满足安全要求,即使是长时间工作也不会造成毁机事故。如果输出端开路,输出电压就会升至50kV以上,时间长了就可能因高压端绝缘破坏而引发系列事故。若是同时伴有操作上的失误,如保护零线PE未接等,还有可能引发电击或毁机事故。对CO_2激光电源实施开路保护,可由高压侧正极采样,电路结构简单,但须体积大价格高的高压电阻,且安装要求绝缘强度高,响应时间慢;也可由其负极采样,电路结构虽略微复杂些,但仅用廉价普通电子元件,即可简便又可靠地实现其开路过压保护,无须格外考虑绝缘强度,响应时间仅为1.5ms。该电路的持点是:在高压包磁芯上再绕2匝导线与原高压直流负极串联的取样方式——远离了高压,却真实再现了高压包中的电流,按1/5000的比例"截取"了高压包开路电压,从而使高压开路保护来得简便易行。The output voltage of CO2 laser power is less than 40kV in normal operation. All components and materials used fulfill the safety requirement, and it wouldn be destroy even if it is working for a long time. If the output end of CO2 laser power is open, output voltage will be more than 50kV. It may cause accidents since insulator of high voltage end is destroyed after a long time working. It can sense from anode of CO2 laser power to protect it from being open circuit. For this method, the structure of circuit is simple but it needs high voltage resistor of large size and high price,and it requires high insulatingstrength in stalling and lacks of response. It can also use a cathode sensing. Though the circuit will be a little complex, but it only needs normal electronic components. It can achieve open circuit simply and reliably, and don need to consider insulatingstrength in stalling with a response time of 1 .Sins. But if there is some misoperation, such as protection zero line is not connected, it can also cause electric shock or destroying devices.
