摘　　要：介绍了电流控制传送器特性和电流控制传送器的理想模型,阐述了跨导线性回路的原理,分析了混合跨导线性回路以及混合跨导线性回路的工作原理,并对电流控制传送器以及负寄生电阻电流控制传送器的电路原理进行了推导。In the paper, the characters of current controlled conveyor and ideal modle are introduced. The design principles and methods of current controlled conveyor and current controlled conveyor with negetive intrinsic resistance are elaborated based on analyzing the translinear loop and the mixed translinear loop.
